Meet Amanda

Hi! My name is Amanda. I was born and raised on the west coast of Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada.

I currently work in the health care field as a Licensed Practical Nurse while trying to maintain a healthy balance of work/family life and trying to fit in some self-care - it’s definitely a work in progress!

I have four children (3 stepdaughters and 1 son) ranging from 5-18 years old, two dogs, two cats, and of course fish - as if we didn’t have enough going on already.

I have always been passionate about using my knowledge (learned or experienced firsthand) to help people find answers to their problems. Whether it be finding inspiration for gift ideas and fashion, offering practical life hacks and tips, promoting self-care, and more.
